Toyofuku, 87, of HonoÂlulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department detective and an Army veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Steve and Lance, daughter Toni Cloonan and two grandchildren. Private services.
