LYDIA IBE SAMBRANO Age 85 of Waipahu, HI, passed away peacefully at home on January 17, 2015. Born September 24, 1929 in Waipahu. Alumni of St. Francis School of Nursing, Honolulu. She previously worked for the State of Hawaii, Department of Health. Retired from Waimano Training School & Hospital in 1990 after 22 years of service as a Registered Nurse Supervisor. Preceded in death by siblings Pastora Sambrano-Felix, Isabello Sambrano, and Emily Sambrano- Taclan. She is survived by sons, Patrick R. (Laurie) Watt, Kevin J. (Sandra) Watt, Paul D. Cuneta; hanai nieces, Felomina Saquilon-Bautista, Marie Tangonan-Vogan; grand- children, Makana Watt, Lilia Watt, Kawika Watt, Malia Watt, Leilani Watt, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Thursday (Feb 26) at St. Joseph Church (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu); mass 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of choice.
