James "Jack" Cobb, 77, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired program manager at Pacific MissileRange Facility, Barking Sands, and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Jacksonville, Ala. He is survived by wife Rowena, daughter Shelly and son Bret. Visitation: 1 p.m. March 20 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 1:30 p.m. No flowers.
