James Kent "Skip" Ogilvie, 84, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired sailor and a club manager, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Washington. He is survived by daughter Lynn, sons James Jr. and Burt, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
