ELISEO ELI LABUCAY ATCHAZO Age 77, of Ewa Beach, HI, passed away January 31, 2015 in Ewa Beach. Born December 18, 1937 in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Eliseo retired from the City & County of Honolulu, and the United States Navy. He is survived by wife, Lisa S. Atchazo; son, James (Amanda) Atchazo; daughters, Elaine (Jake) Morrell, Nanette Atchazo; sisters, Rizalina Vasquez, Amalia Dafun, Gloria Tabuli; grandchildren, Maile Morrell, Ethan Morrell, Joshua Delgado, Elijah Atchazo. Visitation 10:00 a.m. Monday (Mar 2) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
