78Peter Sokuichi Gibo, 90, of Aiea, a retired city purchasing administrator, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Lester and Milton, daughter Janice Nakamura, brother Paul, sister Joyce Higa, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
