SUSUMU SUS FURUIKE Age 85, of Aiea, HI, passed away on January 14, 2015 at Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Kahuku on January 20, 1929. He attended Kahuku Intermediate till the 6th grade, then transferred to Liliuokalani Intermediate in Honolulu. He graduated from Kaimuki High in 1947. He acquired his electronics training in Honolulu with the Air Force and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He was employed by the FAA as an electronic technician and retired as the Facility Manager. He is survived by wife, Constance "Connie" M. Furuike; sons, Dennis Furuike, Randy Furuike; daughter, Lisa Arita; brother, Tadashi Furuike; sisters, Joyce Sasaki, Carol Berk, and many nephews and nieces. His 'Celebration of Life' will be held on March 1 at the Mililani Mauka Chapel. Visitation 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Services at 6:00 pm. Casual attire is requested. No flowers.
