Arthur Alturo Galolo Abelaye, 68, of Sacramento, Calif., a machinist, died in Sacramento. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Maria; sons Anthony and Andre; and daughters Michelle and Evelyn Abelaye, and Elaine Abelaye-Mateo. Services to be held in Sacramento. Flowers welcome.
