Jackson Kwong Sing Pang, 81, of Honolulu, a plumber and a Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by wife Patricia, son Jason, daughter Tina, brothers Samuel and Cedric, sisters Mary Ruth Chun and Melissa Nikaido, and four grandchildren.
