Helen Chieko Kokubun, 85, of Kaneohe, a retired federal government purchasing agent, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care Inc. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Dorrine Kitamura, Arlene Okumura and Annette Wong; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
