Tommie Clifton Hamner, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster coordinator and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hawaii Kai Retirement Center. He was born in Lubbock, Texas. He is survived by wife Amy, son David, seven siblings, two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
