Felisa F. "Feling" Tanap, 90, of Ewa Beach died in the Philippines. She was born in San Quintin, Pangasinan, Philippines. She is survived by sons Federico, Celso, Jaime and Melchor; daughters Mercidita Mangrobang, Estrella Rabago, Nanette Cortez and Vilma Miguel; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
