79Ruth Wramp Fernandez, 95, of Kekaha, Kauai, a St. Theresa School teacher, died. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons George Jr. and Gerritt, daughters Patti Ann Niau and Lori Almarza, sister Phoebe Jean Wramp, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Raphael Catholic Church, Koloa. Mass: 10:30 a.m.
