Dorene Kau'ilani Lee Amina-Ako, 57, of Waianae died at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. She was born in Ewa Beach. She is survived by sons Manuel V. III, Maxwell V. and Malcolm V. Ako; Herman and Haena Kalani, Kaipo Amina-Kalani, Danson Flores-Ako, Likeke Kawa'a, Johnathan Kanui, Ramone K. Molina, Shane Batalona Sr. and William Joshua; daughters Miulang, Ku'uipo and Jubilee Amina, Jasmine Kealoha, Bernice and Aaliyah Joshua, Ku'ulei and Kauilani Kalani, Ashley Mainaaupo, Jessica Molina-Hoffman, Devin Ako and Arcenette Batalona; sisters Alice, Michelle, Stephanie and Lorraine Amina, Rina Kawa'a, Joyce Kahue and Tatiana Kaneholani; brothers John III and Hiram Amina, Daniel Kaneholani, Victor Kawa'a and Darren Dana; and 22 grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Celebration of life and scattering of ashes: noon April 11 at Cash & Carry, across from Maili 7-Eleven, 87-720 Farrington Highway, Waianae. Additional scattering of ashes: noon April 18 at Puako Paniau Beach. Blue and white aloha attire.
