Harry Jenshin Arakawa, 95, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government packer for the Kapalama Military Reservation, a retired state custodian for Kaneohe Civic Center and an Army veteran, died at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by son Calvin S., daughters Judy L. Watanabe and Sharon K. Sato, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
