Nephi Nalei "Uncle Nips" Napeahi, 71, of Kohala, Hawaii, formerly of Waimanalo, a file clerk at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and a Navy veteran, died in Kohala. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by brother Nahale, stepbrother Moroni and sisters Neon Akui and Helen K. Napeahi. Services: 10 a.m. April 18 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kohala Ward. Scattering of ashes at a later date.
