Osato, 79, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Postal Service clerk and a Coast Guard veteran, died in AvalonCare Center. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Judith T.; son Randal K.; daughter Kellie E. Aragon; brothers Isao, Matsuyuki and Takeyuki Osato, and Bert Matsuura; sisters Judy Osato and Janet Offner; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
