81Allan Louis Ness, 70, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a retired FBI agent, died at home. He was born in Minnesota. He is survived by wife Jeanette; daughters Kathleen Jensen, Ann Camarillo and Kristina Contardi; sisters Julie Siefert and Barbara Wicks; and nine grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Waikoloa Community Church.
