Jim Fornes S.T. Galariada, 62, of Honolulu, a state Department of Transportation Harbors Division environmental health specialist and a Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kansas City, Mo. He is survived by son Reino, daughter Jamie Kalama, stepfather Reino, brothers Charles "Zachary" and John K. Fornes, stepbrother Robert Brent, stepsister Leslie Marsh and three grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
