Shigenobu "Shige" Matsuda, 87, of Honolulu, a retired GTE Yellow Pages salesman and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Ookala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Harriet Ann, daughters Stella S. Matsuda and Sandra M.M. Young, stepsons Michael K. and James K. Apao, brother Richard T., sister Kathleen M. Barr, 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
