Harry Jenshin Arakawa, 95, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government packer and crater for Kapalama Military Reservation, retired state custodian for Kaneohe Civic Center and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by son Calvin S., daughter Sharon K. Sato, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
