Hideo Maruyama, 85, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a self-employed coffee and macadamia nut farmer, carpenter and Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Captain Cook. He is survived by wife Gail; son Clyan; daughters Glenda Okamura, Deanna Won and Lila Hayes; brother Teruo; sister Carol Hanaoka; and six grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
