James Edward Conner, 67, of Honolulu, a Bishop and American Trust Cos. operations manager and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Honolulu. He was born in New Castle, Pa. He is survived by wife Susan, daughter Suzanne Dillon, hanai son Anthony Peralta, mother Ida, brother Bruce and sisters Sharon Conner, Vyvyan Tachikawa, Renee Hokama and Anne Chamness.
