77Melvin Tadao Iwamoto Jr., 53, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, and Honolulu, a Waialae Country Club groundskeeper and Hawaiian Electric Co. linesman, died at home in Honolulu. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by son Melvin T. III, daughter Melia, mother Linda Kaauwai-Iwamoto, brother Kyle T. and sister Darrah Makanui. Services: 3 p.m. Sunday at Maunalua Bay, Hawaii Kai. Scattering of ashes at sunset. Casual attire.
