Joseph Hall Jr., 83, of Hilo and Kona, Hawaii, a retired truck driver and an Army captain, died in Independence, Mo. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Bradford and David, companion Lillias Leialoha, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Celebration of life in Littleton, Colo., pending. Burial on Hawaii island. No flowers.
