80Audrey Kuulei Perreira, 85, of Hilo, a former HMSA and Queen's Medical Center employee, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo. She was born in Kalihi. She is survived by son William; daughters Peach Guilment and Lee Anne and Christine Perreira; 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
