He is survived by wife Tina; sons Travis and Moses Balles Jr. and Noah Serrano; daughters Shayna Balles and Rachel Kokubun; brothers Marshall, Dennis and Rudolph Balles, Brian Gonsalves and Michael Coltes; sisters Elena Quezada, Lydia Garcia, Beverly Kaleohano and Dana Balles; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary chapel. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
