George Yutaka Takasaki, 87, of Honolulu, a retiree from the city Department of Budget and Finance and Bank of Hawaii, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Betty, son Grant, daughter Jill Canfield and sister Roberta Uesugi. Visitation: 2 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
