Ruth Michie Higa, 94, of Honolulu, a retired Kuhio Grill waitress, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Wesley; daughters Barbara Crawford, Patricia Davis, Rosemary Miyamoto and Valerie Higa; brothers Kakuichi Shimabukuro, Dick Ede and Bill Shima; sister Bettie Reque; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
