82Carolyn Jayne Lacy, 67, of HonoÂlulu, a certified public accountant and a former IBM executive, died in Honolulu. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by husband John A., stepson Stephen, stepdaughter Carolyn Coraccio, brothers David and Robert Canipe, and five grandchildren. Services: 8 a.m. Wednesday at Outrigger Canoe Club.
