Eugene Leslie Holcomb, 87, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired contract compliance officer for the federal government, died at home. He was born in Nyack, N.Y. He is survived by daughters Ilona Friedrich-Holcomb and Laurie Knutson; sons Grant, Jeff, Doug and Timothy; and 12 grandchildren. Private services.
