Paul John Howard, 91, of Hawaii, a retired vice president for Hunt Foods in Fullerton, Calif., a Procter & Gamble employee and an Army Air Corps veteran who served in World War II, died in Hilo. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by daughters Heloise Lochman, June Howard, Helen Neithardt and Louise HowÂard; and five grandchildren. No services.
