Bermudez; daughters Sheri K. Sabalaske, Shelly P. Carriera and Yvette N. Boteilho; mother Elizabeth K. Terry; sisters Bonnie De Freitas, Piilani Lua, Kuulei Peters, Nalani Mahelona, Belinda Patrick, Kathy Frias and Tammy Jenks; brothers Louis and Milton; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
