DR. MARK FRANCIS HOFFMAN Dr. Mark Francis Hoffman, 54, of Henderson, Nevada went home to be with the Lord on February 20, 2015. He was born in Conklin, New York on September 30, 1960. Mark served as a Corporal in the Marine Corps for 6 years. He graduated from the University of Hawaii and Life Chiropractic College-West, where he earned the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. He practiced in Honolulu, Hawaii from 1994 then moved his practice to Henderson, Nevada in 2009. Mark loved baseball, golf and surfing but most of all enjoyed spending time with his baby girl. Mark is survived by his loving wife Ada Miyake-Hoffman, three children Kaylani Summer Hoffman, Charisse and Shane Okugauchi, grandson Cannon Mutch, parents Bud and Joan Hoffman, sister LuAnne(Paul) Howard, niece and nephew Megan and Brendan Howard. He fought a good fight against cancer; he kept his faith with the Lord and won the race. Now he's resting peacefully up in Heaven. Memorial Service will be held at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary 2233 Nuuanu Avenue Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 on Saturday, April 25th at 5pm. Visitations start at 4pm.
