A retired independent contractor who previously served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by son, Richard Dennis Ragunton, Jr.; daughters, Emily Jean (Robert) Quirantes, Jennifer Lynn Ragunton (Dylan Dane); brothers, Robert Alan Ragunton, Luis James (Marivic) Ragunton, Dwight Terrance Ragunton; sisters, Gwendolyn L. (Orlando) Barba, Linda (Ed) Lee, Laura Ferreira, Joanne (Fred) Strohlin, Pina (Romeo) Ramos; 4 grandchildren. Visitation 10:30 a.m., Saturday (Apr. 25) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
