72Dr. James Douglas "Doc" Gibson, 87, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a general surgeon, died in Nakamaru Hale, Holualoa, Hawaii. He was born in Denver. He is survived by wife Diane, sons James Jr. and William, brother George, sister Retta Ferguson and numerous grandchildren. Private services.
