75Leo E. Lacey, 84, of Hilo, a retired California state surveyor, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Boston. He is survived by wife Eligilia; son Richard Garrison; daughters Brendy Lacey, Marcia Rowden and Mellisandra Ubando; and two grandchildren. No services.
