Betty P.Y. Min, 91, of Kapolei, a retired Liberty Bank loan officer, died in Kapolei. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Randall; brothers Tayoo, Tahio and Tagay Kang; sisters Rose Gaspar, Alice Sunga Kong and Sohny Strong; and eight grandchildren. Private services.
