Chester KimiÂyoÂshi Washiashi, 81, of Waipahu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard employee and an Army veteran, died in HonoÂlulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by spouse Kimiko, sons Steve K. and Roger H., daughter Judy Y. Nishimura and sister Jane M. Hakkei. Private services.
