HERBERT YUKIO MATSUMURA 83 of Honolulu. Retired Architect passed on April 16, 2015. He was born in Honolulu to Fukumi and Ichiyo Matsumura. He is survived by wife, Violet; daughters, April Matsumura, Lynne (John) Costa; two grandchildren; sisters, Ellen Funada, Edith Reid, Doris Matsumura, Mildred Park. Private services.
