81Delthia N. Mahiai, 62, of Hilo died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Jerome Y. and Josh K.; daughters Malia E. Aila and Darnell K.J.P. Hanamaikai; mother Laura K. Hanamaikai; brothers Wendel Mahiai, and Tenny and Rujhon Hanamaikai; sisters Mary Ann Mahiai and Paula Hanamaikai; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Sept. 19 at Baby Makapuu, Oahu.
