75Julie F. "Jay" Bulosan, 41, of Waipahu, a United Fishing Agency employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Tarlac, Philippines. He is survived by wife Rowena, daughters Jesrel Kaye and Jernine Kylie, parents Jose and Violeta, and sisters Jovelyn Tejada, Jachille Hilario, Josel Galiza, and Janelyn and Janet Bulosan. Visitation: 6 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
