Verlin Junior "Bill" Frame, 73, of Keanae, Maui, a retired Maui Police Department dispatch supervisor and a Marine Corps veteran who served two tours in Vietnam, died at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Putney, W.Va. He is survived by wife Gardenia K., son Verlin B., daughters Marie K. Dailey and Veralyn "Sissy" Latham, brother Thomas, sister Yvonne Flowers, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. May 9 at Ballard Family Mortuary, Kahului.
