Roger W.C. Tom, 66, of Honolulu, a retired controller, finance and administration manager for Pepsi-Cola Co. and chief financial officer for Hawaii Insurance Bureau Inc., died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Kristi S.M. and Adrianne W.S. Tom, and Trisha S.M. Nakasone; brother Eric; and sisters Beryl Chu and Erlene Tom.
