77Sung Ho Lai, 76, of Honolulu, a retired civil engineer for the City and County of Honolulu, died in Honolulu. He was born in Taiwan. He is survived by wife Sandra, son Alan, daughter Jenny Marion, brothers David and Tze Rong, sisters Dan Guea Changchien and Ming Chu Lai, and four grandchildren.
