74Aileen Nona Capellas Van Gieson, 90, of Hilo, a retired schoolteacher, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. She is survived by grandsons Charles, Jesse, Kenika and Justin Grune; granddaughters Karie L. and Dawnelle N. Grune; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park, Lehua Section. Casual attire.
