79Richard Gene Thoren, 78, of Waianae died in Waianae. He was born in Topeka, Kansas. He is survived by sons Terry, Richard Jr. and Charles Thoren, and Thomas and James Mattos; daughters Sharie Martin, Diana Thoren, Jerri Horner and Colleen Mattos; sister Margaret Mc Evoy; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
