GEORGE KUI FONG FUNG of Cupertino, CA passed away peacefully on February 27, 2015 at 94. He was born in Paia, Maui on November 30, 1920, the fifth of nine children to Arthur C. H. and Yen Moi Fung. After the Army in WWII, he was a microbiologist and water qualities engineer at Pearl Harbor. In 1981, he retired in Sunnyvale, CA and traveled around the mainland, Europe and Asia. George was predeceased by wife, Ruth and survived by son, Michael (Tracie), grandchildren, Christopher and Ellie and brother, William. An inurnment service will be Saturday, May 16 at 10:30am at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha attire, no flowers.
