81Filipe Tupou, 60, of Wailua Homesteads, Kauai, self-employed owner of Kauai Tree Service, died. He was born in Mua, Tonga. He is survived by daughters Crystal Momi, Casey, Candace and Cassandra “Uluâ€; brothers Samisoni “Soni†and ‘Olotesi; sisters Laukau Paseka, ‘Ane Takataka, Nita Latu, Hulita Tupou, and Sitilia and Eviana Fifita; and five grandchildren.
