Michael McLaughÂlin Dowd, 71, of HonoÂlulu, an Air Force veteran, died at Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Miami. He is survived by partner Janice F. Allen, son Shannon M., daughter Tiffany J. and two grandchildren. Private services.
